Adults and children over 2 years old are entitled to the following:

A small handbag or backpack (under 5 kg)
One carry-on bag (under 15 kg)
One complimentary checked-in bag (under 23 kg)

Does my booking include any luggage?

Yes, 3 pieces are included: one small handbag/backpack, one carry-on, and one checked-in bag.

What size should be my luggage?

Your handbag or backpack must be small (under 5 kg). To make it easier to drop off and pick up your baggage, the sum of the length, width, and height of your carry-on must not exceed 120 cm, while the sum of the length, width, and height of your checked-in bag must not exceed 160 cm.

Can I take my car with me?

To allow you to take more luggage with you and to provide a fast shuttle, we only accept 2-wheelers (motorcycles and scooters). Please note: spots are limited. You can check availability at our sales outlets or by calling +689 40 50 54 59.

Can I take a pet on board?

Yes, it is possible to travel with your 4-legged friend. The extra fee is 1,500 F, and your pet must travel in a transport cage and be tranquilized.
